Audience Research Evaluation

Based on my research, I can conclude 16-17 year olds enjoy a variety of films, from horror to comedies. Although none of my target research suggested teen drama was their favourite genre of film, I can assume that if I had collected more data, teen-drama would have likely been suggested. Our group were planning to do a teen drama genre which would appeal to young adults according to Wikipedia. It would also make sense to do a teen drama genre as our group ourselves are teenagers, experiencing real life teenage situations, and therefore would know what sort of film to produce for our target audience- my group are also part of the audience research.
