1) Lolita 1962
click here to watchThe title design was created by Chambers & Partners.
The title sequence opening starts of with classic legato music which suggests the film is a classic. It was published in 1962 and you can tell by the black and white filter used. The font is bold and clear, in contrast with the dull grey background. You can see toe nails being painted which gives an element of perfection. The credits appear shortly after, telling us, the director, cast and other team production managements.
2) Honey, I Shrunk the Kids 1989
The music is upbeat/fast which is in synch with the text appearing. As you can see the whole title sequence is animated unlike the rest of the film. By doing this it makes it an interesting experience as we see variety of animated and non-animated contrasts. The text used is 3-D and it's been constructed to look like it's falling on the cartoon characters. We see the credits appear, in similarity to the film 'Lolita' 1962. The differences between the two films vary from one being animated and one being presented in real life form. This may either because of the different target audiences or taking into consideration the time it was produced.
